REWORK Project

This Erasmus+ project, co-funded by the European Union, is aimed at human resources professionals, middle managers, and vocational training instructors. Its objective is to identify the challenges and needs faced by HR teams and individuals at risk of exclusion in hybrid and remote workplaces, in order to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The coordinator of the Rework project is the Institut de la Preparation al´administration et la gestion (IPAG) and Getafe Iniciativas is one of the partners along with: the International University of La Rioja ( UNIR ), The Centre for Inclusion at Work (CEFI), Italienische Handelskammer für Deutschland eV (ITKAM) and the Association Française des Managers de la Diversité (AFMD)
